Good morning to you.

Trust all is well at your end.

Thank you for taking my call yesterday. I would like to briefly explain 
the Double A situation in Sudan.

Off late, DoubleA paper has been appearing in the market from sources 
other than us. After investigations, we have come to realize that is is 
smuggled into the country from Egypt. These smuggled goods do not get 
custom clearance or are they taxed, thus they open a window for 
violation of laws and the consumers and product protection has rights to 
confiscate all and any product labeled as such.  This puts our imported 
DoubleA at risk as well. As traders will not risk buying a product that 
may be confiscated from at any given time.

To protect that brand that we have been working so hard at building and 
growing, we need a letter that we can present to Customs and consumer 
rights protection authorities stating that we are your sole distributors 
in Sudan. This will help us in combating and eradicating any smuggled 
paper that will pose as a threat to our legally imported ones.

This matter id of utmost urgency, as the longer we wait to start our 
Product Protection campaign, the harder it will be to limit the stretch 
and reach of the  smuggled products.
